Ramsay Health Care has released its latest global Impact Report, highlighting progress toward its sustainability goals aimed at fostering healthier people, a thriving planet and stronger communities.
The Ramsay Cares strategy continues to guide the organisation’s approach to sustainability focused on embedding responsible and ethical practice into healthcare across Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
The 2025 Impact Report showcases practical, tangible actions underway across Ramsay, from workforce wellbeing and inclusive leadership development, to renewable energy investments and new models of care that improve access and patient experience.
Ramsay Group CEO and Managing Director, Natalie Davis, said: “At Ramsay, we believe in the power of health care to improve lives, not just in our hospitals but across the communities we serve. That belief is reflected in our purpose, people caring for people, and in the way we support patients, one another and the broader health system,” Ms Davis said.
“This Impact Report shares some of the practical ways our teams strive to make our business more sustainable and resilient.
“Thank you to everyone at Ramsay and to the clinicians, suppliers and partners who help advance this important work.”
This year, Ramsay was recognised with a national Banksia Sustainability Award in Australia for its leadership and innovation in integrating sustainability into health care.
