The partnership will see Ramsay's two local hospitals, Peninsula Private Hospital and Beleura Private Hospital, support one of the region's largest and most influential sporting organisations, helping promote health, wellbeing and community connection across the Peninsula.

With more than 10,000 players, volunteers and officials involved across football and netball competitions each year, the MPFNL plays an important role in bringing local communities together.

Ramsay Health Care Bayside Manager Austin Wills said the partnership reflected Ramsay's long-standing commitment to supporting healthier communities. 

"At Ramsay, we're passionate about helping communities thrive, and that extends well beyond the care we provide in our hospitals," Mr Wills said.

"Healthy communities aren't built in hospitals alone. They're built on sporting fields, in clubrooms and through the volunteers, players and families who bring local clubs to life every week."

"Through Peninsula Private Hospital and Beleura Private Hospital, we're proud to support the MPFNL and contribute to the health and wellbeing of local players, volunteers, families and supporters," he said.

The partnership will create new opportunities for collaboration between Ramsay clinicians and local clubs, supporting education and health initiatives that encourage injury prevention, wellbeing and early access to appropriate care.

Mornington Peninsula Football Netball League Operations Manager Shaun Connellan welcomed the partnership.

"We're delighted to welcome Ramsay Health Care as our Principal Partner," Mr Connellan said.

"They are an organisation that genuinely shares our commitment to community wellbeing, and we look forward to working together to support our clubs, players and volunteers over the coming years."

The partnership builds on Ramsay Health Care's long history of supporting community sport and initiatives that promote healthier, more connected communities across Australia.
